Artificial intelligence is often discussed as if it were a single product: Something we “buy,” “install,” or “turn on.” AI is not a feature. It is an ecosystem. Recently, Jensen Huang, NVIDIA's CEO, described the AI ecosystem as a five-layer cake at the 2026 DAVOS conference.
